We offer the largest daily class selections of any Martial Arts school in the Bronx, and we are one of the best in NYC. We have martial arts classes for adults and kids 6 days a week, not including informal open mats and private instruction.
Our first class starts at 7am and our last class starts at 8 or 8:30 pm.
