Adult Karate & BJJ- 7:00-8:30PM

For this No-Gi Seminar you can wear the following:
-BMAA T-shirt or Rash Guard
-BMAA Shorts or Gi pants
BMAA is happy to announce the start of our Free Female Friday’s today! We would like to invite our current adult members to bring a female friend to the academy every Friday night to train in either the 6:30pm Basic BJJ or 8:30pm Basic Karate classes for FREE. Your guest will be provided with a starter Gi to use for either class. Please stop in or call the Academy for more information. Hope to see you on the mats, Osu!
